Do you offer online sessions? +

Yes — I offer secure video sessions for clients anywhere in the world. Sessions are conducted in Hebrew or English, with flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones.

What languages do you work in? +

I work fluently in both English and Hebrew. Many of my clients are English speakers in Israel, or Hebrew speakers living abroad.

Do sessions need to be religiously oriented? +

Not at all. I work with people of all backgrounds — observant, traditional, secular, and non-Jewish. The Jewish wisdom I draw on is offered when it's relevant and welcome, not imposed.

How long does therapy typically take? +

It varies significantly depending on the person and the goals. Some clients benefit enormously from 8–12 focused sessions. Others prefer longer-term work. We'll discuss what's right for you in our initial consultation.

Is everything I share confidential? +

Absolutely. Confidentiality is foundational to our work together. Everything you share remains completely private, within the standard legal and ethical obligations of clinical practice.
